The Europa Cup is the level of competition just under the World Cup.  A similar level of competition is the Scandinavian Cup in Norway, Sweden and Finland.  Our version is the Super Tour.  This is the European version and often has skiers who race world cup sometimes and are just starting their senior years as racers...

But it has been busy getting the 4 last races off in Whistler and then traveling over here to Lahti, Finland.  The travel has so far included 2 USOC vehicles, one bus, one shuttle ride, three airplanes, the USST Euro van, a 16hour ferry ride, and 14 pieces of lost luggage and equipment.  I'll get around to it as soon as I can.  So keep checking in!

Not great results today, but no confidence lost.  We know we're fit and fast and there are many chances ahead to show it.  Keep yelling.

Sorry, no time for notes or photos just yet.  But the Games are on.  We race the day after tomorrow and things are already cranked up on the testing and training side of things.  We are doing really well.  Everyone is healthy, the attitude within the team is positive and focused.  We are prepared.  Stay tuned.
