Training.

No pictures.  And few words.  But worth a look...

Two USST athletes training....

 

Athlete 1:

Day one:   am   7 x 4min   pm   4 x 6min (all at 6mmol - or just over threshold)

Day two:   am   5 x 5min   (at 6mmol)   pm   Strength

Day three:   am   4 x 8min   pm   5 x 4min (all at 6mmol - or just over threshold

Day four: rest

...Repeat similar plan for two weeks

 

Athlete 2:

Week one: 28.25 hours

Week two: 30.75 hours
