Team Today – a non-profit aimed at supporting American cross-country ski racers – is seeking an overall manager. 

This position would combine internet management of the Team Today site, designing fundraising strategies, following through on fundraising opportunities, grant writing, publishing, marketing, public relations and all aspects of running and managing a non-profit.

This individual must be extremely self-motivated as all pay will be a percent of funds raised.  This individual must be organized, outgoing, a good people person, excited about the sport of cross-country ski racing and a supporter of U.S. ski racing in particular.

The optimal candidate would have experience in fundraising and grant writing as well as being internet savvy.  However willingness to learn, creativity and – again – a high level of motivation are mandatory.

The work schedule is completely flexible making this a great opportunity an athlete looking to help support their career.  This athlete will need to be able to dedicate time to this job however, and the more time and effort they can dedicate to it the bigger the reward.
