Andrew Johnson on the hunt. He closed down Chamberlains big lead and put another minute on him by the finish.

Chamberlain before he pulled away and put almost 2 mintues on 2nd place. He double poled most of the course and did so in dominating fashon. Strong boy.
\r\n
\r\n

Eric Flora leads Swenson and Ivan. Flora went on to finish 3rd, Swenson 4th.
\r\n
\r\nThe men's race also had some tough waxing / ski conditions. The snow stopped falling, the fog rolled in (leaving the snow rather unchanged) and then the sun came out (changing the snow rather drastically).
\r\n
\r\nThanks and congratulations to the Soldier Hollow crew for putting on great races. There were over 450 racers which is a huge job (and a good sign for American ski racing) and the conditions were rather crazy. Still Nationals were excellent.
\r\n
\r\nNext stop Europe. The team's condition is improving dramatically. Kris Freeman reports feeling better than he has all year (and this summer he felt great) and maybe better than ever... watch out. Keep checking in and thanks for your support!
